Responsibilities
1. Training Strategy & Design
-Develop sales training programs for new hires and existing teams
-Design modules covering sales fundamentals, communication, objection handling, and closing techniques
-Align training with Jetts sales strategy
2. Training Delivery
-Conduct classroom and on-site training sessions
-Lead role-play activities and case simulations
-Train Area Business Managers (ABM) to cascade training to branches
3. Performance Improvement
-Identify sales performance gaps across branches
-Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams
-Coach teams to improve conversion rates, lead management, and closing skills
4. Field Coaching
-Visit branches to observe sales interactions
-Provide 1-on-1 coaching to Sales Consultants
-Ensure training is effectively applied in practice
5. KPI & Reporting
-Monitor training effectiveness through conversion rates, sales per consultant, and lead-to-sale ratios
