  1. Set weight as per program (If you haven’t received a program start lighter then progress to a heavier weight)

  2. Adjust the seat height to ensure the handle is level with your shoulder

  3. When adjusting the arms, ensure they are level. Notch one is a good starting point



  1. Push and squeeze on a count of 2, back on a count of 3

  2. Exhale coming in, inhale going out

  3. Rest back gently to original starting position
