Mango And Chia Seed Smoothie
Kick-start your morning with this delicious Mango & Chia Seed Smoothie.
Chia seeds are a great addition to any smoothie as they are high in fiber and protein, with a great balance of essential amino acids, making them an excellent source of protein for vegetarians.
Preparation time: 5 mins
- 75g Diced Mango
- 100g Greek Low Fat Yoghurt?
- 150ml Ice or water
- 10g Chia Seeds
- 10g Natural honey
- ?10g BSc Vanilla Protein powder?
- 20g Rolled Oats
Blend together all ingredients in a blender.
