Healthy Hummus

 

 

Hummus is a tasty dip made predominately from mashed chickpeas. Chop up some of your favourite vegetables and enjoy this healthy dip alternative. 


Preparation time: 10 mins

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of chickpeas, rinsed

  • Juice of 1 lemon

  • 1 tbsp tahini

  • 2 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed 

  • Himilayan sea salt & pepper

Method:

  1. Blend together all ingredients in a blender. 

  2. Enjoy!
