Berry Banana Smoothie

Running late for that morning meeting? This delicious Banana Berry Smoothie is a perfect on the go option for breakfast this morning! 

Preparation time: 5 mins | Serves: 2

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoop BSc Body for Women vanilla protein powder

  • 330mL coconut water

  • 1 banana, chopped

  • 2 cups mixed berries

  • 1 tbsp LSA mix

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Method:

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Enjoy!

Note: 

Berries are a fantastic source of vitamin C and antioxidants, and make a great nutritional addition to smoothies.

LSA is a combination of ground linseeds, sesame seeds and almonds and is a fantastic addition for healthy fats, vitamins and minerals.
